Five names that should be stricken from current news media headlines and reports.
- Amy Winehouse - I am sure there are many drug plagued, strung out addicts out there with some minuscule amount of talent, why must we hear about this one?
- Pete Dougherty - Same description as above.
- Britney Spears - I am sure there are many manic depressive, schizophrenic, strung out parents out there with nearly non-existent talent out there fighting custody battles, who fucking cares about hers?
- Roger Clemens - I don't think throwing a baseball while 'roided out warrants extensive coverage of sexual liasons or a congressional investigation into 'performance enhancing drugs' while a seemingly endless war is wasting trillions of dollars and the U.S. economy is collapsing.
- George W. Bush - Because nearly every mention of his name is tied to something failing, recession, war, death, ineptitude, deceit, corruption, illiteracy, ignorance, incompetence and all around failure.

LOL!! You forgot Miley Cyrus and the infamous 'I let someone photograph me and then got all upset about it' photo.
Sadly, our news sources are no longer about the truth - they are about what sells. And this trash sells a lot better than the truth.
You left out Cindy Sheehan and Karl Rove. Two more people I've had enough of.
